Worthing Samaritans are available 24 hours a day to provide emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of emotional distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide.
The new website allows the branch to reach out to the local community; to communicate Samaritans’ Mission, Vision and Values; and most importantly the various methods of accessing the service. The website informs and supports the branch fundraising and publicity activities, their work within local schools, the recruitment of new volunteers, and is linked to Virgin Money Giving to accept online donations.
